How We Treat It: Levels of Care

Addiction doesn't show up the same way twice. Some people need a full-day program to get grounded. Others need one honest hour a week with someone who gets it. Here's how our care flexes to meet you where you are.

Our Programs

Eight ways in. One practice behind all of them.

From our most structured day program to a weekly session, every level is led by licensed counselors who have spent their careers in addiction and family recovery.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our most intensive outpatient option. Five days a week of deep work for people stepping down from residential care or needing that level of structure without an overnight stay.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Three sessions a week over six to eight weeks. Built around real life so you can keep working, parenting, and practicing what you're learning as you go.

Supportive Outpatient (SOP)

One session a week. The long, steady work that holds the gains and turns recovery from something you do into something you live.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one sessions with a licensed counselor for alcohol, drug, family and codependency work. In our Houston office or online, with evening appointments.

Group Therapy

Group work is the core of our PHP, IOP and SOP programs. Small, confidential groups led by licensed counselors, where you hear people say what you've been carrying.

Picking the Right Level

Not sure where you fit? Start with these honest questions.

There's no perfect formula. But after thirty years of this work, a few questions almost always sort the right level of care from the wrong one. If you read these and something clicks, we can usually take it from there on a fifteen-minute phone call.

  • Have you just finished residential treatment or had a recent relapse? PHP is often the right bridge.
  • Do you need real structure but still have to work or parent full time? IOP gives you three sessions a week around a real schedule.
  • Is the hardest part the loneliness, and you want to hear other people say what you've been carrying? Group work is the core of PHP, IOP and SOP, and it moves faster than most expect.
  • Is a loved one in the middle of it and no conversation is working? Intervention brings the structure a family on its own rarely has.
  • Are you sober but white-knuckling it, or a family member who's exhausted? Individual counseling gives you a steady hour each week with someone who knows this work.
  • Are logistics the real barrier, not willingness? Online counseling is the same care, on your schedule.
Real Words From Real Clients

Progress sounds like this.

I walked in holding every bit of shame I could carry. I walked out lighter every time. They met me with compassion I didn't know I was allowed to have.

Client, Houston

For the first time in a long, long time, what I was hearing made sense, and what I was trying to say finally felt understood.

Family Member

Linda helped me see how generations of addiction had shaped me without me knowing it. I'm a stronger, happier person because of the work we did together.
