What We Treat

Four focused counseling practices, built around the way addiction actually shows up in real families. Alcohol, drugs, family dynamics, and codependency. Each one is its own road, and each one has its own kind of healing.

Where We Focus

Thirty years of counseling, narrowed to what we do best.

Addiction rarely lives alone. It brings family tension, guilt, broken trust, and the slow erosion of self. We've spent careers in this specific corner of counseling so you don't have to piece together help from four different directions. Below are our four primary focus areas, each with its own dedicated page so you can read what the work really looks like.

How We Deliver It

Related programs to match the level of care you actually need.

The four areas above are what we treat. The programs below are how we treat them. Pick a level of care that fits your life, and we'll build the work around it.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

The most structured care we offer short of residential. Several hours a day, multiple days a week, for people at a turning point who need real structure right now while life keeps going.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

A step down from PHP, or a step up from weekly sessions. Several group and individual hours a week while you keep living at home, working, and showing up for your family.

Standard Outpatient (SOP)

One session a week. The long, steady work that holds the gains and turns recovery from something you do into something you live.

Online Counseling

Licensed counselors, secure video, and the same care you'd get in our office. Available anywhere in Texas, and it pairs with every level above.

From the People We've Walked With

Real words from real clients.

I walked in holding every bit of shame I could carry. I walked out lighter every time. They met me with compassion I didn't know I was allowed to have.

Client, Houston

For the first time in a long, long time, what I was hearing made sense, and what I was trying to say finally felt understood.

Family Member

Linda helped me see how generations of addiction had shaped me without me knowing it. I'm a stronger, happier person because of the work we did together.

One Conversation Can Change Everything

Not sure which kind of counseling fits? Call and we'll figure it out together.

A free fifteen-minute call is usually all it takes to know where to start. You won't fill out forms first or be asked to book anything, and you'll be talking with someone who has done this work for a long time.
